Young People’s Concert: The Future Is Female

For centuries female composers and musicians have been hidden behind social conventions. Today we are determined to recognize women who create and perform orchestral music now — and in the future.
Pre-Concert activities where kids can try out instruments, meet musicians, and craft with teaching artists and their fellow attendees begin at 1:00 PM.
